An Electrical Installation Condition Report checks whether your property's wiring is safe and up to current standards. Required every 5 years for rental properties and recommended for homeowners. Our EICR prices include all testing, inspection time and the written report.
Prices are guide estimates. Final cost depends on the number of circuits, accessibility and condition of the installation. Remedial work is quoted separately if faults are found.
